Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Who is selling
The seller is [DA FORNIRE] (registered name), registered office at [DA FORNIRE], VAT no. [DA FORNIRE], REA [DA FORNIRE], share capital [DA FORNIRE], certified email [DA FORNIRE].
The restaurant is at Via San Miniato 2, 50125 Florence (FI), Italy.
2. How an order is concluded
An order is concluded when the pizzeria confirms it, not when you send it. Until then the order is pending: if the pizzeria cannot accept it we notify you by email and, if you had already paid, we refund the full amount.
On confirmation you receive an email with the summary and the estimated preparation time. That estimate is a good-faith prediction based on the current workload, not a binding deadline.
3. Prices, delivery and minimum order
Prices shown on the site include VAT. The delivery fee and any minimum order amount depend on the area and are shown to you before you place the order, never afterwards.
Cutlery is optional and charged: it is never added automatically and you must select it explicitly.
We only deliver to addresses that fall within active delivery areas. If your address is outside them we tell you before payment, together with the available alternatives.
4. Payment
You can pay by card, with PayPal, or in cash on delivery. Card payments are handled by the payment provider: card details never pass through our servers.
For cash on delivery, the amount due is shown to you before confirmation and is also stated to the rider.
5. Right of withdrawal
The fourteen-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance selling does NOT apply to these orders: they are perishable food, prepared to your order and intended for immediate consumption (Art. 59(1)(d) and (e) of the Italian Consumer Code).
You can however cancel free of charge as long as the pizzeria has not confirmed the order. After confirmation preparation has already started: call us as soon as possible and we will assess case by case.
6. If something goes wrong
If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect or in unacceptable condition, contact us within twenty-four hours: we will refund it or make it again. Where possible we ask for a photo — it helps us understand what went wrong.
For consumer disputes, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available.
7. Allergens and food information
Allergen information is provided under EU Regulation 1169/2011. Preparation takes place in a single kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, fish and soy: we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
8. Governing law
The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is the one of their place of residence or domicile, if in Italy.
