An afternoon at the pizzeria
Pizza class
Learn to make pizza with us, at the pizzeria
Two and a quarter hours with your hands in the flour, from the first dough to the pizza you eat. We run it here at the pizzeria, Via San Miniato 2, every day — weekends included. Eight of us at most, so there's time for everyone.
- €35 per person
- Every day, 3:00 pm to 5:15 pm
- 8 per session

The class is taught in Italian and in English.
Those are the only two languages we teach it in: pick the one you prefer below. You can read this site in five languages, but the class is not — and we'd rather tell you now.

How the afternoon goes
We start with the ingredients: flour, water, yeast, salt. What each one does.
We make the dough by hand, and learn how to tell when it's ready.
Shaping techniques — the part everyone gets wrong the first time.
You pick your toppings from the ones we use every evening.
Into the oven, and why temperature changes everything.
You taste: your pizza, and everyone else's.
Questions, which are usually the best part.
The recipes to take home, so you can do it in your own kitchen.
